Breanna Chmielecki

Breanna Chmielecki is a seasoned higher education leader with over a decade of experience in student conduct and academic integrity. As Director of Community Standards at Southern New Hampshire University, she leads a dedicated team to conduct fair resolutions that uphold institutional values. Breanna’s career spans roles such as Residential Experience Director, Area Director, and Student Conduct & Academic Integrity Manager, where she developed expertise in conflict resolution, policy enforcement, and fostering student growth. Her leadership is defined by coaching teams, streamlining processes, and building strong, collaborative relationships with faculty, staff, and students. Committed to cultivating due process, trust, and professionalism, Breanna excels in simplifying complex challenges and guiding teams with clarity and resilience. She blends evidence-based practices with innovative strategies to support student success and institutional integrity. In addition to her role at SNHU, Breanna serves as a Co-Chair of the Consortium for Online Integrity (COIN) and was recognized as the 2024 ICAI Practitioner of the Year for her contributions to academic integrity in higher education.
