Board | Communications Co-Chair – Email Communication (2-year commitment)
As one of three Communications Co-Chairs, this role will engage the NHWHE network directly in advance of events and programs to grow grassroots interest and support. The Email Communication Chair & Committee is responsible for creating persuasive and engaging emails to drive event participation and membership engagement. Together, with the Communications Co-Chairs for Web and Social Media, they will contribute to accomplishing the goals outlined in the strategic plan. Each will contribute to creating an inclusive organization with highly effective, engaging, and strategic communications.
Board | Communications Co-Chair – Social Media (2-year commitment)
As one of three Communications Co-Chairs, this role is responsible for updating and maintaining NHWHE social media channels. Social Media Chair & Committee plans, designs, and writes social posts to support NHWHE's mission, programs, and events. Together, with the Communications Co-Chairs for Email and Social Media, they will contribute to accomplishing the goals outlined in the strategic plan. Each will contribute to creating an inclusive organization with highly effective, engaging, and strategic communications.
Board | Project Manager (2-year commitment)
The Project Manager will be responsible for supporting program and event communication by identifying communication needs for the program or event and documenting the timeline, stakeholders, and resources needed. Supports program evaluation to ensure that all objectives have been met.

Committee | Conference Committee (1-year commitment)
Conference committee members play a crucial role in the execution of the NHWHE annual conference. Responsibilities may include: calling for speakers, reviewing submitted presentations, assisting in the development of the program, on-site coordination of sessions, and supporting logistical arrangements to ensure a smooth and successful event.
Committee | Programming Committee (1-year commitment)
Programming Committee members are responsible for shaping the NHWHE monthly programming including “Time Out Tuesdays” and “Book Club” topic selections and event execution. They may be asked to participate in discussions to identify emerging trends and topics of interest to NHWHE members as well as support in coordination of speakers and logistics related to the programs.
