Lindsay Vago is an Assistant Professor and Coordination of the Undergraduate Health Sciences program at Franklin Pierce University. As a dedicated faculty member, she fills the role of liaison for students transitioning into the graduate world of Physical Therapy. Beyond her teaching, Lindsay facilitates students to run a community fitness class which focuses on bringing fitness to the rural community of Rindge NH. In this past year she has acquired research funding which supports students to investigate the fitness impact of virtual reality. She has created strong professional connections with the National Association for Kinesiology in Higher Education where she recently completed their Department Head Certification Training. Lindsay is happy to share with you her stories of self-resilience and leadership.
