Charting Your Future:
The Power of Vision Boards
Morning Session 10:10 - 11:00 AM
Research has shown that you are 42% more likely to achieve your goals and aspirations if they are written down. A vision board is a powerful tool used to create a visual representation of your professional and personal goals and can help you imagine a positive future.
In this interactive session, participants will be encouraged to reflect on their own journeys by identifying where they are now and where they want to go. Additionally, participants will identify and prioritize goals by organizing and planning a vision board themselves.
Participants are encouraged to bring supplies (not required), including, but not limited to, magazines, scissors, tape/glue, or a tablet to build a virtual vision board. Attend this session to learn more about the science behind vision boards and steps to create your own.
