Finding Peace in the Chaos
Morning breakout session II 11:10 -12:00 PM
Finding Peace in the Chaos
In the mist of daily routines filled with too many emails, tight meeting schedules, and the expectation to be able to juggle multiple responsibilities, it’s no surprise that we may find ourselves feeling overwhelmed, scattered and disconnected. As women leaders, we often find ourselves sprinting through days, weeks, and months full of meetings, emails, managing competing priorities, and fostering relationships with those we work with and support—all while striving to maintain a sense of balance and personal well-being. This empowering workshop invites you to pause, breathe, and rediscover the calm inside yourself amidst the chaos.
Through guided mindfulness practices, reflective journaling, and honest conversation, you’ll explore strategies to center yourself in moments of overwhelm and lead with clarity, resilience, and authenticity. Together, we’ll delve into techniques tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities of women in academic leadership, equipping you with tools to thrive in high-pressure environments while staying grounded and purposeful.
Leave this session feeling recharged, with practical insights and a renewed sense of balance to sustain your leadership journey. Gain the confidence to lead with greater self-awareness and equanimity.
