Trusting Ourselves at Work

Afternoon Session 1:00 - 1:50 PM

Trusting ourselves and feeling confident are skills to develop, just like any other skills we use at work. As we learn to stand in our power, we become more confident, we increase our impact, and our institutions benefit from our full set of talents. Our confidence fluctuates depending on our energy levels, what is going on in our environment, what we are working on, and who we are with.

Join us for a reflective and interactive session where we explore what trusting ourselves at work looks like and what strategies we can implement to increase our confidence and impact. Activities will include reflective writing, small group discussion and action planning.
